Just a couple of weeks ago I said on this very website that you couldn't fix this team this season...
Well, I think they have. I don't know what the hell they've been feeding the defense, but I want a case. They've played with so much more focus and intensity the past two weeks. I haven't seen that kind of effort from the unit since the unbeaten run that started 2002.
I was wrong as wrong gets and I'm damn glad to admit it. Bring it on fatboy, the Doyt is no place for a visitor to conme calling in November....
Boy, was I wrong...

It's one game, but I like their chances next week much better than I did before it. Damn.BGSU Falconz wrote:Unfortunately, it's just one game. Lets see how they do next week.
UT is listed in the 2004 edition of The Unofficial, Unbiased Guide to the 328 Most Interesting Colleges by Trent Anderson and Seppy Basili as one of the U.S. schools with the “Most Beautiful Urban Campus.”

What kind of a comment is that. We had a bunch of easy teams on the schedule early in the year and we took care of business. Then we lost Omar Jacobs. Dont you find it funny that we completely self-destructed against WMU once Omar went out? Um, yeah, I'm going to say we'd be 7-0 in the MAC had Jacobs not gotten injured. Thats the only reason why we lost to WMU and Akron, especially Akron, because AT's two redzone turnovers single handedly cost us that game.orangeandbrown wrote:We've peaked too early in the year, maybe we are hitting our peak now.

Toledo will be a test. Trinity Dawson -- that dude has an extra gear. But... I'm starting to think we are peaking at the right time.
