I do not. I've used Paint and a open source program called Irfanview. There are probably even better open source programs out there,

Can somebody link up the thread we had from last winter that does the same thing....I remember the one where he was in a steeple chase jumping over hedges ...and for whatever reason I found that so insanely hilarious my whole family came running to see what the comotion was about

Actually: I also use Microsoft Publisher to layer the photos, then export as a .jpg. It's a little finicky -- you'll have to get the Page Set Up to match the size of the photo. But it works for me.
