Falcon Head logos

Grant,
What do the Falcon Head Logos represent? How does one get all of them filled, say for example, your own? Is it post based, vote based?

It corresponds with your post ranking of egg, chick, fledgeling, etc...

So why are yours already filled? Just because you are the webmaster shouldn't make you more special :P I'm kidding but only because I'm jealous!! 1,000 posts is a long way away and that will still only give me 4 Falcon heads. What is the 5th for??
