I absolutely LOVED the brown jerseys. Not just the color, but the style with white shoulder stripe and 'Bowling Green' on the front. A+ to whoever got that design together. Reminded me a lot of something Dayons has posted here.

Not sure if the pants style matched the shirts, but oh well.

Oh, and teams that wear alternate jerseys ALWAYS lose. :x

The Brown jerseys were awesome! I was so pumped, I actually pulled out an old Key to show Noah. I loved that the announcers (who s**ked overall) jumped right on the BG-Browns connection.

Dayons:

Abso-friggin-lutely. In fact, they played on it, with one (James, I believe) saying "which one work the colors first" or some such and then explaining the whole story. It was very cool!

I was expecting to see them against Wisconsin next year, but they brought back memories to my first BG season in 1985. Dump the white piping on the shoulders though.

The 88.1 guys said they were circa 1990 "throwbacks" and yes we had the Notre Dame green jersey curse. Absolutely the first thing I thought of on the way to the Doyt after hearing the two radio guys mention it.
