What's the problem? Power Play... not to good.

It sounds as though John Lovett is coaching the D.

We are a much better team than this.

That is all.

I agree, but we sure are doing a good job of impersonating a struggling team!! Good through two periods, then the bottom fell out....

Well, let's hope we can pull it together tomorrow night at home!!

GO FALCONS!!

Saturday Night on home ice will be better..

Post by FalconBlue »

I'm sure that home Ice will be a big help tomorrow. I do feel the team is better than the effort tonight. Overall 3-8-1, Conf. 3-6-1 is beginning to look pretty bad after 12 games. At the present rate we could end 9-24-3 (excluding the exhibition game).

Is coaching a factor? I have no idea but if the players are talented, the Defense and Offense OK,Goaltending getting better then what's the problem? Chemistry?

Time to turn it around

This team better get it in gear and do it quickly. We have the talent. It's time to start showing up and dominating for a full 3 periods. Come on BG!

Are these the kind of quotes you want from your coach after getting beat pretty bad?

"We played an excellent road game for two periods," said head coach Scott Paluch. "We had the game and situation right where we needed to be in the third period. We could not sustain that for the third."

"We won a lot of puck battles and got to a lot of loose pucks," said Paluch. "We were extremely smart and generated some great chances in the first two periods. It was a game going into the third with an opportunity."

I see nothing wrong with the quotes. We were in the game until the third period. We outshot Miami in the first and kept it close in the second.

The thir period was a disaster. The wheels didn't just come off. They flew off then combusted.
I don't believe we won too many - if any - face offs. Miami players were getting rebounds and putting the puck in the net. TWO GOALS IN 13 SECONDS?!

Pooch spoke the truth. He failed to mention the third to the media. I have a feeling the team heard quite a few quotes from Scott regarding their play in the third, however.

Horrell scored one for Miami.

I dunno if any of you were there, but there was a REALLY annoying woman at Goggin. She kept yelling "GO BG!" Hell, they announced the banner, and RIGHT before the band started she yelled it. She yelled it afterwards as well, to which a Miami student replied, "GO MIAMI! NOW SHUT UP!" He got a lot of cheers.

Oh, and whats with your players getting kicked outta games?

Payback's a b!@#$ ain't it....

Does anyone see a whole heck of a lot of irony in this paragraph - specifically the source?

MiamiBando, you bore the hell out of me.

You're too kind to the punk. Of course, all the words I'm thinking of have 12 or 13 letters....

"Paybacks are a bitch"??? Hell, your hockey team tied your long snapper!

That is damn true.... I was really surprised they didn't put Spratt? in. I think I saw that he was the other Goalie, and I think after one of your players was thrown out, that it went down hill fast.

Is Spratt a lot better? If so, why not play him?

And actually from the game, I saw many many good shots by BG. A few hit the pole, and a few barely went wide.

BG will hit their stride. Mark my words, and I think the second half of the season will get better. That's my two cents from watching at the Goggin.

As for being boring.....

You're goalie is STILL a sieve, and it IS all his fault.
