Would be great if he would play NFLE ....
so I could see him again !!!

One thing is right:
There are a few scouts here ...... and it's another chance for him !

one thing is completely wrong:
It would be no "step up" for him to play NFLE ........

In my eyes NFLE is not as good as 1-A-football
(most of the time), I mean I saw both
(observing both as a coach). Cole would rock that league ........

wish him all the best ..

Nice.

He is right. He almost didn't get a D-I scholarship, and in fact, got the last one at BG. Since then he just caught balls, took hits and made plays. Let's not forget that he was a great holder for field goals and extra points as well (whoo hoo!).

He was never the biggest, fatest or strongest, but he just "gets it." He's a great ballplayer.

This is sort of off topic but it got me to thinking...How good was Rhett in High School? Can he make an immediate impact next year? Can he be as good or better than Cole? What position do we expeect Rhett to play?

Like to know everyones thoughts on our "little sunshine"....

Not sure about Rhett's talent level, but I believe he came to BG as a defensive back but was moved to WR.

Which I criticized at the time, but with the presence of smith and lewis, it seems like it may have been the right thing to do.

If Perry could keep it together, we could go into 2006 with a pretty decent defensive backfield.

Thanks for posting that and keeping us in the loop! I know Cole can play at the next level...we all do.

BTW, I heard Rhett can be just as good, if not better, than Cole. We'll find out soon enough! Great to have another Magner in the house. How bout their brother Seth? Just got married. Does he have any eligibility?
