I was kind of hoping my comment about abominable snowman attacks increasing in Canada during the month of December would jack this thread, but I suppose snaggletoofed cheerleaders will do, as well.Warthog wrote:Isn't it great how this perfectly good thread about Josh Harris's career opportunity has spun into a 'lets bash the Bombshells thread'?

Josh has the perfect edge in Arena. He's got great short-pass accuracy and can tuck it away and run if he needs to.

Based on the roster, it looks like Josh has some competition.

Arena League vet that has played nearly everywhere in the league and has had good success. Hopefully Josh can beat him out.

Having worked in the AFL, I can tell you that John Kaleo is pretty good. That was a big signing for Columbus as their QB's have been god awful for their two seasons.BGGrad01 wrote:Based on the roster, it looks like Josh has some competition.

It will be very difficult for Josh to pick up the nuances of playing on a small field and with less players quick enough to beat out Kaleo. However, he could certainly see the field later in the year. His game should be a good fit for the AFL. He might also be excellent as a goalline QB and just muscle it in. Very cool for Josh to get to play in his hometown.
