Trust me, there are many more problems than just Floyd and Moon right now, but when your point guard(s) are walking turnovers that poses a huge offensive problem for your entire team. I understand your post just fine and if you have a problem with anything I said, I challenge you to actually go to a game and keep track of Floyd or Moon's turnovers and see how agregious the box score is after counting them yourself, b/c whoever in the hell is behind the scorer's table is incapable of doing so. For those of us, who can't make it to every game, it would just be nice to see a "real" picture of what goes on rather than read a box score to see both of them with 1 turnover a piece.

I and many others will continue to argue that Floyd takes way too many shots when he continues to shoot in the low 30%s or lower as he has done on more than a few occassions this year. Do we have capable guys on the team that can help out Samarco, who,by the way also forces shots? Honestly, I don't know. Steve will help when he returns. I think the book is still very much out on Moten considering none of us have seen him play and he doesn't bring much diversity to the offense, since he is basically a point guard with a shooter's mentality if you look at his measurements.

I think we were very fortunate to win the VT game after seemingly being overlooked and not getting their A-game, but stuff like that happens and credit the guys for battling and coming out with a win. I think we have a very tough stretch of three games before us and I don't see a lot of the optimism some of you do heading into MAC play.

Like Charlie Weis said at his opening presser, "some point you are what you are" . . . (ND was a 6-5 team) and we are 2-4 with a win against Urbana. I would like to be 4-6 heading to MAC play, but 3-7 is probably more realistic with our Jekyl and Hyde show on the road.

And that's not being supportive or being whatever labels you want to throw out, that's being realistic.

Absolutely must agree.

I didn't see the Bradley game, nor did I listen to it on the radio. Perhaps both of them had only one turnover, I have no idea, but Option is dead on with his criticism of the scorer. I counted AT LEAST 6 turnovers by Floyd in the Oakland game, I figured I missed a couple so I was curious what the total actually was. Imagine my surprise when I saw the box score read 4. It was a regular occurrence last year as well.

And right now I don't care who else is taking shots, but it shouldn't be Floyd. Believe it or not he's got a worse shooting percentage than Robinson. There is no reason why he's taking the 2nd most shots on the team when you've got a guy like Marschall on the inside shooting better than 50%.

This team has so many issues it's really hard to talk about all of them. The PG issue looks like the most glaring right now because they've got the ball in their hands all the time. However, if you look more closely our lack of post players is probably the biggest problem. Marschall & LeFeld are doing some things down low, and could probably both be much better if they were on the court at the same time. Unfortunately we cannot afford to put them on the court at together because we have nobody else to spell them.

In all, it just makes for a long season...
