But a very loyal fan 3000 miles away (and I really don't think it's THAT far, is it?) is much better than some of these "so-called" fans that live right here in town, frequent this board and ....oh, never mind....Bleeding Orange wrote:OK, so I'm 3000 miles away - sue me!![]()

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

From what I read, he went hard into the goal, then boards Friday night and was down for awhile, taken off on a stretcher and to The Finest Hospital On West Wooster Street Ever, to get checked out further. Sounds like it was a scary scene Friday, but he came back to get a goal in Saturday's win (and not by just walking around the arena!hammb wrote:What happened to Svendson!?
I didn't make it out to either of the games this weekend (I know I'm a bad fan) but he might've been our best player last Saturday against MSU. From this thread, I gather that he got hurt Friday...was he able to play Saturday? Or just up and walking around at the game?

Excellent! I guess I could've checked the box score, but it was easier to askTG1996 wrote:)From what I read, he went hard into the goal, then boards Friday night and was down for awhile, taken off on a stretcher and to The Finest Hospital On West Wooster Street Ever, to get checked out further. Thanks TG!
Right, but the box score doesn't help my post count or include witty jabs at the Wood County Hospital!hammb wrote:Excellent! I guess I could've checked the box score, but it was easier to ask![]()
