The USAToday/ESPN Top 25 poll just came out and BG is getting 2 votes this week, which translates to 40th in this poll as well. The women are offically on the Top 25 map in both polls. It's interesting to note, (as PGY noted this morning in conversation) the disagreement on where UK belongs in these polls. The USA Today poll has UK 27th with 28 votes, and ESPN has UK 43rd with one vote. There appears to be a bit of a discrepancy here.
St. Joe's is getting only 1 vote in the Coaches Poll when they have 9 in the AP so thats surprising as well. Well, if any of you haven't noticed St. Francis (PA) is a surprising 0-8 this year. They sure have taken a down turn this year after being a usually very good mid-major ladies team. I think so far FIU was the best team we've played. I found out that Detroit lost by only 9 to Kentucky at home in their last game.

HERE, HERE! I think I've found my new favorite poster! Well done, PhalconFan!
Seriously, though, I totally agree with him. Give me BGSU v. LSU - I'll give you a damn fine game!

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

Also of note, St. Joseph's is now receiving 7 votes in the poll. It looks like BG could have a very good game coming up with voting ramifications on the 29th. That is if St. Joseph's takes care of Iona and BG defeats Delaware as expected on the 28th.
