Deji Approves Inclusion Of Osolo, Aralepo As Member Of Deji-In-Council
The Deji and the Paramount Ruler of Akure Kingdom, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, Odundun II has approved the inclusion of High Chief Edward Adejoyegbe Adewole, the Osolo of Isolo and High Chief Joseph Olu Ojo, the Aralepo of Isikan as members of the Deji in-council.
The approval is sequel to the end of a legal tussle on the status of the duo and the need to further demonstrate the need for unity.
The Deji in-council which comprises of about twenty-one Senior High Chiefs, High Chiefs, Chiefs and Female Chiefs is the decision making organ and an advisory council for the Akure traditional council.
It is important to emphasize that High Chief Edward Adejoyegbe Adewole and High Chief Joseph Olu Ojo remains the Quarter head of Isolo and Isikan respectively.
Oba Aladetoyinbo remains committed to the peace, development and progress of Akure Kingdom.
