After 20 Years, Kola Ogunkoya Returns With ‘Yes Sir’

America based Afro Gbedu music creator, Kola Ogunkoya popularly called Gbedu Master has returned to the country with a new single named Yes Sir after twenty years.
His Nigeria’s first album, Original Blackman dropped from the stable of the defunct Transworld Entertainment in 1997 with hit tracks like Fela Is Gone, Morountodun, Lolade Mi Da and N.J.J Najeje among others invariably rocked the entertainment industry in the late 90s and early 2000.
After he hit limelight 20 years ago, Afrobeat musician Kola Ogunkoya whose music genre, Afro Gbedu  includes Jazz, Highlife, Juju, Funk and traditional Yoruba music said he is back in Nigeria with another hit single, Yes sir.
The Ijebu Igbo Ogun State born Ogunkoya added that the vinyl is highlife music laced with the trending new school beat.
He also announced that the video of the new highlife reloaded single will be shot soon.
The Beautiful Baby crooner has released 10 albums with foreign label in the United States of America but not allowed to release them in Nigeria.
It was however gathered that Ogunkoya is back now and ready to take the music industry by storm with his new single.
“Though I have been away for sometimes which is a necessity of life, to secure my future, I am fully back now to give the best of my music to my teeming fans and admirers. I want to be part of any good things going on in Nigeria music industry”. He posited
