Bayelsa Assembly Confirms Peter Akpe As Deputy Gov
The Bayelsa State House of Assembly has confirmed the appointment of Pastor Peter Akpe as the state’s new Deputy Governor.
The assembly confirmed Akpe’s appointment during its plenary session on Tuesday morning.
Akpe previously served as Chief of Staff to Governor Douye Diri before his nomination for the deputy governorship.
