Fire Guts Filling Station, Destroys Vehicles In Lagos
Fire, on Thursday, engulfed a Mobil fuel station near Airport Hotel, Ikeja, on Obafemi Awolowo Way, Lagos.
Reports indicate that more than two vehicles were consumed by the ensuing fire.
Men of the Lagos State fire Service were quickly mobilised to the scene and they succeeded in putting out the fire before it spread to adjourning buildings.
The roads around the vicinity was also closed down by police officers deployed to the scene
As at the time of filing this report, the fire has been contained.
