Obaseki Resigns From APC
Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo state has announced his resignation from the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The Governor announced this on Tuesday few minutes after meeting President Muhammadu Buhari.
There are indications that the Edo Governor will pitch his political tent with the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, alongside most of his supporters.
Since he was disqualified from contesting the APC gubernatorial primaries in the state, Obaseki has held series of meeting with PDP governors in the country and other stakeholders in the party.
