Senate Grants Tinubu’s Request To Appoint 20 Special Advisers

The Senate, on Tuesday, granted the request of the President, Bola Tinubu to appoint 20 special advisers.

The President’s request was granted after it was read by Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, on the floor of the upper legislative chamber.

However, Tinubu did not list the names of the 20 special advisers.

Tinubu cannot appoint ministers until after the proclamation of the 10^th Assembly which will be inaugurated next week Tuesday.
