Cardi B And Offset To Perform At Same Venue On New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve is all about celebrating new beginnings, but for former power couple Cardi B and Offset, the countdown to 2024 promises anything but a cozy reunion.

The estranged rappers are set to reignite a different kind of fire on December 31st, not on the dance floor, but on opposite sides of the stage at the swanky Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami.

In a twist that could rival any telenovela plot, Cardi and Offset will be hosting competing New Year’s Eve bashes within the same luxurious venue. Cardi, alongside DJ Gryffin, will be bringing the heat to the Fontainebleau’s poolside paradise, Luxe, with tickets for her opulent party starting at a cool $5,000 and scaling up to a breathtaking $25,000 for stage-front cabanas. Offset, meanwhile, will be holding court at the hotel’s legendary nightclub, LIV, where fans can snag a spot for as little as $125, or splurge on VIP packages fetching up to $15,000.

This head-to-head showdown comes just weeks after the dynamic duo confirmed their second breakup, following cheating allegations that had already rocked their marriage once before. Cardi B, Offset Break Up After Six Years Of Marriage

Belcalis Almánzar, an American rapper popularly known as Cardi B, has confirmed the end of her marriage with her husband, Offset.

Rumours about the couple’s divorce have been swirling on the Internet after a series of cryptic posts popped up on Cardi’s Instagram page last week.

In one of the posts the rapper said she was getting rid of “dead weight” in the coming year.
“…and when it comes to dead weight … I’ll say mentality, procrastination, laziness and people. A lot of people are deadweight, too. Next year is gonna be all about me,” she said.

In another post, she wrote, “You know when you just outgrow relationships I’m tired of protecting people’s feelings…I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST.”

During an Instagram Live session on Monday, the “WAP” rapper confirmed that she has parted ways with her husband.

“I don’t know if y’all have been getting clues from me from my Live, I mean… or from my Instagram Stories, where I put certain music. When it comes to events and stuff, I don’t think it’s true, I don’t care to find out because I have been single for a minute now.

“But I’ve been afraid…not afraid, I just don’t know how to tell the world. The last time I went on Live, I kinda wanted to tell you guys, but I didn’t know how to tell you so I changed my mind. But it has been like this for a minute now,” she said.

The break up comes amid accusations levelled against Offset by American rapper, Blueface that the former had a relationship with his baby mama, Chrisean Rock.

Cardi B Throws Microphone At Fan During Concert

In the video shared by Pop Base on Saturday,  the “I Like It” singer was left in shock after a fan tossed a drink at her during a performance, before flinging her mic at the fan.

It wasn’t the first time this weekend the rapper decided to use her microphone for something other than singing.

The night prior, Cardi B was performing at Drai’s Beach Club when she became irritated after the DJ was allegedly cutting off her songs too early.

In a clip shared to social media by user kfen777,  the entertainer was seen shouting out her name before turning around and flinging the microphone in the direction of the DJ as if she was throwing a football, before walking off stage.

Apart from Cardi B, recently singer Harry Styles suffered an eye injury after an object was thrown at the stage while he was performing in Vienna.

Earlier, other artists including Drake, Bebe Rexha, Kelsea Ballerini, and Ava Max were struck by objects while performing on stage.

Cardi B Breaks Silence On Cheating Allegations

Rapper Cardi B, on Monday, responded to claims that she cheated on her husband, Offset.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, the Migos rapper accused his wife of being unfaithful.

“My wife f*cked a Ni*on me gang yall ni* know how I come”, the post reads

Cardi B, however, hosted a Twitter Spaces to clear the air.

After singing a portion of Keyshia Cole’s “I Should Have Cheated,” she then went on a long tirade denying the accusations.

“Listen. Don’t pay attention to that countryman y’all,” she said on Twitter Spaces.

“Don’t pay attention to that countryman. That Spaces the other day got motherfuckers spiralling and thinking shit. Come on now. I’m fucking Cardi B, n***a. I think sometimes motherfuckers forget. I’m Cardi B. If I were giving this p*ssy to anybody, it be not just anybody.

“Can’t f*ck regular-degular-shmegular, ’cause they’re gonna tell the world. And I can’t f*ck anybody in the industry, ’cause they’re gonna tell too. Y’all ever heard that Rubi Rose where she says ‘got a big ass mouth?’ So please boy, stop acting stupid. Stop acting Stupid. Going crazy over a f*cking space. Don’t play with me. What the f*ck. Stop playing. That’s all I’m gonna motherfucking say,” she said

Offset and Cardi B got married at a secret wedding in 2017 and three months later a sex tape of him with another woman was leaked online.

He has reportedly cheated on her at least twice, leading to Cardi filing for divorce before getting back together with Offset. They share two children, a four-year-old girl named Kulture and an infant boy, Wave.

Cardi B Reacts To Mercy Eke’s AMVCA Outfit

2019 Big Brother Naija winner, Mercy Eke, has again caught the attention of Grammy award-winning rapper, Cardi B, with her look to the just concluded African Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards.

Mercy dropped jaws on Sunday, May 20, baring her figure in a sexy custom-made Xtrabrideslagos Lagos piece. The dress featured a corset-style bodice in a satin fabric heavily bejeweled and accessorised with matching gloves and cape.

Her hair, carefully hidden underneath the cape, was styled in a simple low bun and light curls. She completed the look with glossy neutral lip colour and smoky eye shadow.

The 32-year-old reality TV star was styled by celebrity stylist Swanky Jerry.

Rapper Cardi B, who loved the look, shared a photo of Mercy in her gown on her page with the caption “888888888”.

This won’t be Cardi’s first time recognizing Mercy’s style; in 2019, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ crooner commented on another photo of the reality star where she replicated one of the rapper’s looks.

Cardi B Announces Wedding Ceremony Plans

American rapper, Belcalis Almanzar, popularly known as Cardi B has announced plans for her wedding ceremony, five years after officially marrying colleague, Offset.

The couple secretly got married on the 20th of September 2017, and after much speculation by the public, Cardi B confirmed the rumour in June 2018.

On their first year anniversary, she shared a picture of the secret event in which she donned a white tracksuit and held onto her husband’s hand.

However, the Bodak Yellow rapper has announced her plans for a wedding ceremony as the marriage clocked five years on Monday.

“5 years married, its time for my wedding,” she wrote via her Twitter account on Monday.

While the couple is undeniably one of the most romantic in the Hollywood scene, their union has witnessed several storms.

Offset’s infidelity become public, just months after their wedding in 2017. The couple broke up in December 2018 but reconciled in January 2019 after public pleas by Offset.

In September 2020, Cardi B filed for divorce. Citing reasons for their split, Cardi debunked rumours of Offset cheating again and explained that they were simply no longer “seeing things eye to eye”. The couple however reconciled again in November of the same year.

Offset and Cardi are parents to two kids, Kulture, 4 and Wave, 1.
