Rapper Cardi B Gifts Husband Offset $2m On 30th Birthday

American rapper, Belcalis Almánzar, popularly known as Cardi B, has gifted a rapper husband, Offset, a sum of two million dollars on his 30th birthday.

She made the presentation to her husband during his birthday party in Los Angeles, United States.

In a video shared by the mother-of-two on her Instagram story on Wednesday, her husband was holding the giant-sized cheque of $2m from his wife.

She wrote, “Happy Birthday. He literally got it at all.” (sic)

Offset clocked 30 on December 14 and she had taken to her Instagram page to celebrate him on that day.

Her birthday wish read, “Happy birthday to my huuuuusband, best friend and babydaaadddyyy. I love you so much and I’m so proud of you. We have overcome so much together.

“I love the man that you’re becoming and I love the father that you are. Thank you for always being there for me, for being a great confidant and advisor, and for never allowing me to sell myself short.

 “I’m so lucky to have you as a partner raising our beautiful kids. You have soo many projects and businesses that you are managing and leading yet you have helped me so much in this journey with our two babies.

“May life keep blessing you and you continue to thrive. I’m so excited for the world to see what you got coming 🔥. I love you!! We turning up tonight and next week for your party.” (sic)

On her birthday two months ago, Cardi B had received a mansion in Dominican Republic from her husband as she clocked 29.

Cardi B Files To Dismiss Divorce From Offset

Cardi B has officially filed to call off her divorce from her rapper husband Offset less than two months after saying their marriage “irretrievably broken.”

The “WAP” rapper filed documents in Georgia to dismiss the divorce that she had set in motion back in September according to a Monday report from TMZ.

Cardi B (née Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar), 27, in September filed for divorce at an Atlanta Courthouse reportedly after finding out that Offset, 28, had been unfaithful yet again, TMZ reports. The online news outlet added that “the filing shows it’s a contested divorce.” TMZ also added that she was seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture.

However, Cardi is now seemingly leaving the door open for a potential split as she filed the dismissal “without prejudice” which means she has the right to refile the divorce at a later date according to the publication.

A judge will still have to sign off of the dismissal to make it official but the rap power couple have made it clear that they are back together.

The pair publicly rekindled their romance throughout Cardi’s 28th birthday celebrations in Las Vegas and Atlanta in mid-October.

This is not the first time the “WAP” rapper and Migos rapper have had issues almost ending their relationship.

The pairs’ relationship has been rocked by accusations of Offset’s infidelity from the start. Cardi B and Offset became engaged on October 27, 2017 after Offset famously proposed to her at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia although it was later revealed that they had secretly married a month earlier privately in their bedroom.

Three months after the secret wedding, Offset was at the centre of a sex tape cheating scandal after rumours of a video and alleged liaison with another woman surfaced. The “Press” rapper decided to stay with Offset despite the scandal.

In December 2018, she announced she was calling it quits but like before, they found their way back into each other’s arms.

Cardi B Fans Launch Petition To Remove Kylie Jenner From WAP Video

Kylie Jenner’s sultry appearance in the new music video from rap queens Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion has not gone down well with some fans.

A petition has been launched to remove the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star from the WAP video which has racked up more than 45,000 signatures from disgruntled viewers with the numbers rapidly rising.

On the release of the eagerly anticipated WAP video yesterday, fans were shocked to see 23-year-old Kylie saunter into shot wearing a revealing leopard print bodysuit.

“The video was perfect until we saw K and I wanted to throw my phone,” read the petition to remove the star. Another tweeted:

I was happily enjoying my daily cup of brown women until that culture stealing colonizer showed up and made me spill. Thank you.

Kylie was one of five surprise appearances in the eagerly-anticipated music video for Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion.

Since the furore over the lip kit mogul’s cameo, Cardi has since taken to Twitter to respond to the backlash.

While she didn’t mention Kylie directly, Cardi said it was the aim of the video to ‘include different woman from different races and backgrounds.’

She wrote:

I wanna say thank you to every woman that was apart of my video! The fact that you made time in your schedules means alot to me! It was so important to me to include different women, that are different races and come from different backgrounds but are so powerful and influential.

The WAP video also had appearances from Normani, Mulatto, Sukihana, and Rubi Rose.

Kylie is yet to speak on the controversy but is clearly proud of her work, sharing several snaps from behind the scenes of the shoot.

Rapper Slams Trump, May Take Up Nigerian Citizenship

American rapper, Cardi B who visited Nigeria December, last year has attacked the actions of the United States President, Donald Trump and said; “I’m filing for my Nigerian citizenship”.

Cardi B on her Twitter account posted, “Naaaaa these memes are f**kin but shit ain’t no joke! Specially being from New York . It’s sad this man is putting Americans live in danger. Dumbest move Trump did till date …I’m filing for my Nigerian citizenship.”

Her tweet is presumed to be a response to the US airstrike that killed Iran military commander, Qasem Soleimani.

The attack was ordered by Mr Trump and in defence of his action, the US president said the action is necessitated to ‘stop a war’.

“We took action last night to stop a war. We did not take action to start a war. “I have deep respect for the Iranian people. They are a remarkable people, with an incredible heritage and unlimited potential,” Mr Trump said.

Cardi B, Management, Meet With Celebrity Pencil Artist Alesh Akeem

United States of America’s female Rapper together with her teammates have met with Nigeria’s celebrity Pencil Artist, Alesh Akeem.

Cardi B, her team, and the Pencil artist met in the early hours of Sunday, at Eko Hotel & Suites and held private discussion together.

Sources confirmed that the discussions that was held with the team was how to move Africa’s creative industry forward especially in the areas of Art & Craft.

During their meeting, Celebrity Artist, Alesh Akeem, also gifted the American rapper a Hyper-realistic pencil portrait of herself which she later posted on her Instagram story.

While Newsmen also spoke to Alesh Akeem’s management- The RedAce Company, asking about the content of their, they hinted saying, “We really can’t say much for now, but we can assure you something big is in the pipeline slated for early year 2020; no one will see it coming”.
