Frontliners Congratulates President Tinubu
The Frontliners for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, one of the foremost support groups that worked in support of the presidential ambition President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has described the inauguration of its Principal as President and Senator Kashim Shetima as Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as the beginning of a purposeful march of Nigeria into its destined preeminence in the comity of nations in the world.
The group noted that with the track records of the new President and Vice President, especially their sterling record of achievements in their previous political assignments, their sense of inclusiveness and ability to identify and work with competent hands, Nigeria will soon start witnessing positive and comprehensive turnaround in all critical areas of national development.
The Frontliners note that the rich manifesto of All Progressive Congress (APC) and the competence of the President and Vice President to deliver democracy dividends to all Nigerians are strong pointers to the fact that the Renewed Hope the new government has brought will greatly transform the socio-political and economic landscape of our nation. The Frontliners believe strongly that Nigeria is in safe hands with President Tinubu and the present APC government.
The group urges all Nigerians and stakeholders in the onerous task of nation building to cooperate fully with the government of President Tinubu and continue to provide the needed support and prayers for the government to record resounding success in all areas. Frontliners note that the road to success of the administration may require taking tough decisions, Nigerians are urged to be patient and trust that Tinubu government has the best interest of Nigerians at heart.
The group commends the commitment and positive leadership of the former President Muhammadu Buhari and notes that posterity and history will be kind to him for his great service to the nation in the face of daunting opposition and scarce resources. The group believes that the former President will be positively remembered for his unprecedented efforts in infrastructure development, his zero tolerance for corruption, the fight against insurgency and the deliberate fairness to all sections of the country regardless of political affiliations. Frontliners also congratulate the Executive Committee of the ruling APC led by Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu on the inauguration of the second administration under the banner of the party. The group notes that the support and sacrifices of the Exco members for the President and Vice President during the process leading to the success of the party at the elections and culminating in the inauguration of the present government. The group also extends its warm greetings to all governors and lawmakers of APC and felicitates with them on yet another inauguration of an APC government. The group also specially rejoices with the spouses of the President and Vice President; Mrs. Oluremi Tinubu and Hajia Nana Kashim-Shetima. The duo are great examples of how to be good wives which other women should emulate.
The Frontliners congratulate all Nigerians for yet another peaceful transfer of power under a democratic dispensation. The group believes that the nation’s democratic processes may not be perfect, but it is improving by each election circle. It is the considered opinion of members of the group that the 2023 election is the best so far in the history of the nation and frowns at attempts to discredit the process and rubbish the sterling performance of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) by opposition parties. The group urges all the aggrieved persons to ventilate their grievances through the courts and refrain from heating up the polity. It urges the new administration of President Tinubu not to hesitate to deal with trouble makers and ensure respect for rule of law in Nigeria.
Frontliners also express appreciation to leaders of government and representatives of countries for their solidarity with Nigeria, The record attendance of members of the international community at the inauguration of the present government is a clear demonstration of the respect for Nigeria, its strategic importance in international affairs and its critical relevance to international cooperation and progress.
Frontliners note the promise of President Tinubu to prioritize the inclusion of the youths and women in his administration, enthrone policies that will drastically reduce unemployment, improve security and ensure all-round national economic development. The group, again, expresses its confidence in the capability, exposure, intelligence and political sagacity of President Tinubu and Vice President Shetima to turn around the fortune of Nigeria for good and lay solid foundation for national transformation for which every Nigerian will be proud.
