I could only find instructions for the civiMail subscription form for Drupal. Could anybody tell me how to realize it with wordpress?

Any updates on this? Users should be able to decide if they get put on a email list or not. Creating groups and just putting people on email list is not good. There should be an email list check box during registration or a separate form you can embed on a page that lets people get on a group email list.
