I have several published pages which present contribution/event pages - However they are all showing Sorry you do not have permission messages when not logged in. When logged in they show fine.

Am I misunderstanding something? Are there adjustments required to the ACLs I need to make? What's up?

This installation was a clean WP3.7.1 + CiviCRM 4.4.3 without going through any upgrade path. The anonymous user was not created. Is there a template or function for this user which I can run after the fact to remediate the install ?

Network Activating the plugin does not trigger the plugin's activation event, therefore does not trigger the creation of the Anonymoous User role in the WP user-space.
Deactivating (Network Deactivate) and then activating as a single site only plugin resolved the Anonymous User role question.
