2027: Tinubu Can Only Lose On Social Media– Gov Uba Sani
Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, has said President Bola Tinubu would only lose the 2027 general elections if voting were conducted on social media platforms.
Sani made the remarks during an interview on Channels Television, which began trending on Sunday, where he addressed growing political discussions ahead of the next general elections and the influence of online narratives on public perception.
He argued that social media sentiment does not accurately reflect electoral strength at the grassroots level or within polling units where actual votes are cast.
According to him, while online platforms may appear competitive, they do not determine outcomes in real elections.
“If the election is going to be conducted on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or social media, Asiwaju will lose, but if it is people who will vote through the ballot at polling units, he is going to win 70% of the votes,” he said.
